WAKE SEMICOSIL 949UV A/B is a two-component UV activated room temperature fast curing silicone gel potting adhesive. Low viscosity, low hardness, process control can be achieved through UV lamps (including UV tracers), and can be used for PIN pin encapsulation and electronic component packaging protection.
